This land development project focus on combining commercial, residential, and green space together. On the lower level is a commercial area which integrated with green space going through the whole area creating a green plaza in various form showing in the study. Part of the green space will become public area for people around the area to come and appreciate the space. Some part would become a peaceful terrace for the residential area on the higher level since the green space runs up along the architecture in vertical axis.
