This building is designed using elements and proportion from the Bang Khun Phrom Palace, the royal residence located next to the building, giving a high respect to it. The static mass and form represent the main character of organization.

The project is located in Bangmod, Thonburi, previously well known orchards area suburb on the West of Bangkok. Canals are used for irrigation and transportation of products and daily life.
